Method

Step 1:
Preheat the oil in fryer or wok to a maximum temperature of 175°C.

Step 2:
Take the product directly from the freezer. Do not thaw before cooking.

Step 3:
Place the desired quantity gently into the hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Step 4:
Seal and store the remaining product in the freezer.

For Baking:

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Arrange the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes, or until light golden brown.

Note: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Reduce cooking time when preparing a smaller quantity.
