Method
- Heat Oil or Preheat Pan
Heat a non-stick pan or tava over medium heat, or preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for an oil-free option. - Cook the Chicken Murdhapa
- For Pan Cooking: Place the Hafa Chicken Murdhapa on the heated pan with a little oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until evenly heated and golden brown.
- For Air Frying: Arrange the Hafa Chicken Murdhapa in the air fryer basket and air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway for even heating.
- Serve
Serve hot with a side of mint chutney, tomato ketchup, or garlic mayo. Pair with fresh salad or naan for a complete meal experience.
