The crust is however made with all-purpose flour. It is a time consuming recipe, preparing the stuffing then kneading a dough either with all-purpose flour or wheat flour for making the outer crust. The outcome is a crispy snack with a soft melt in mouth stuffing and relished with a sweet, sour and tangy sauce

INGREDIENTS
Fish, Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander, Curry leaves, Samosa sheet, Iodized salt, Spices and condiments
METHOD
- Heat Oil or Preheat Air Fryer
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, or preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the Fish Samosa
- For Frying: Gently place the Hafa Fish Samosa into the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- For Air Frying: Arrange the Hafa Fish Samosa in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
- Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or tartar dip for a flavorful treat.
