METHOD

1. Heat Oil or Preheat Air Fryer

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, or preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

2. Cook the Mutton Samosas

For Frying: Fry the samosas in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

For Air Frying: Air fry the samosas at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

3. Serve

Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or ketchup.
